Two private rooms, run by people who have hosted Boulder events since 2014. The Studio (Boulder) is a warehouse with a vintage Airstream lounge and room for 300. The Studio (NoBo) seats 130, and the bar is built in and staffed. Rates are on this page, not behind a form.
The venues
Same rates at both, so choose by the event. The Studio (Boulder) is the bigger room; on weekdays it's yours from 5 pm, on weekends all day. The Studio (NoBo) is open any day, daytime or evening, and the bar comes staffed.

Pricing
Opening days and the closing Friday and Saturday are $18,000. Midweek and the final Sunday drop to $12,000.

Jan 19, Jan 20 or Feb 1: the room is yours all day to build or strike. A build day inside the festival is booked at that day's rate and counts toward a takeover.
Morning strike

Strike the morning after your event. Out by 9 am at The Studio (Boulder), by noon at The Studio (NoBo).

Three or more days in a row, build days included: 20% off the combined day rates.
At The Studio (Boulder), weekday bookings are evenings: your event starts at 5 pm and setup can begin at 1 pm. Weekends there, and every day at The Studio (NoBo), are full days.
What happens here
Build it out for one day or all eleven. At The Studio (NoBo), load-in comes through a roll-up garage door, not down a hallway.

Up to 300 guests on the main floor, VIPs in the Airstream. Bring your own DJ and bartenders.

The Studio (NoBo)
The projector and sound system at The Studio (NoBo) can carry a film. The Studio (Boulder) has house projectors and a basic PA, so a screening there means bringing in A/V.

Getting here
If you did Park City, you remember the shuttle lines. Boulder is small. Every festival theater is a short drive or one bus ride from either room.

The HOP
The HOP is the city's festival loop. It stops at every screening and panel venue except Chautauqua, and the city plans to run it free during the festival. Catch it at 32nd and Walnut, a 7 minute walk. 19 minutes to the Boulder Theater.
The Studio (NoBo), by bus
The SKIP
The stop at Broadway and Yarmouth is a 2 minute walk. From there the SKIP runs straight down Broadway into downtown, no transfers. 19 minutes to the Boulder Theater.

Typical weekday evening drive times. Allow extra during the festival; everyone else will be driving too.
The Studio (Boulder): free on-site parking for guests, talent and production vehicles. Load-in happens nowhere near downtown traffic.
The Studio (NoBo): shared lot plus street parking on Broadway. Load in through the 12 × 12 ft garage door.

Flat, by the day, and the same at both rooms. Jan 21 to 25 and Jan 29 and 30 are $18,000. Jan 26 to 28 and Jan 31 are $12,000.
Yes. Jan 19 and 20 are $5,000 setup days. Once the festival starts, a build day costs that day's rate, but it counts toward the 20% multi-day discount.
Yes, for $2,000, if you're out by 9 am at The Studio (Boulder) or by noon at The Studio (NoBo).
At The Studio (NoBo) the bar is ours: built in, staffed, pouring until midnight, and every drink in the room goes through it. At The Studio (Boulder), you bring a licensed caterer or bartender.
