How long is the lease?

12 months is standard. If your team needs something shorter or longer, ask. We have done both.

What is the deposit?

Ask us about the deposit when you tour. You will have the full terms in writing before you sign anything.

Can we furnish it ourselves?

Yes. The office comes empty, so bring the desks and chairs your team already likes.

Can we use the address for business mail and put up signage?

Mail handling for your business is included. Signage is available on request.

Is there parking for the team?

Yes. Free, on site, for everyone on the team and your visitors. No permits or meters.

What is not included?

Furniture and phone service. Everything else on this page, from internet to coffee, is in the rent.

How fast can we move in?

The office is available now. Tour it first, then sign and move in. If you need to be in by a date, tell us on the tour.
